@Levinwick need 1,200 of TPS62130RGTR for the EVT2 build next week. Can you get them here by Friday?

J1What we carry

If it comes off a shelf, ask for it.

Most hardware orders get split across five suppliers because the regulator, the standoffs and the Kapton all come from different places. We carry the electronic side and the mechanical side, so a build goes on one order.

J2How an order runs

Ask, approve and track in one thread.

Nobody has to learn a portal. Add Levinwick to the channels where your team already talks about parts.

U2Who it's for

Teams between the first prototype and the first thousand units.

Big distributors work well when you know the exact part, the exact quantity, and you're happy to sit in a cart. That isn't how most hardware teams buy.

Someone in electrical is chasing a regulator that just went to 16 weeks. Someone in mechanical needs standoffs by Thursday. The founder is approving all of it from their phone between meetings, and nobody has time to compare prices across six tabs.

Levinwick sits in that conversation as your buyer. We source the parts, flag what's going to be late before it is, suggest alternates you can actually drop in, and keep every order and invoice where the whole team can see it.

TP1
One order
Chips, cable and screws on the same PO and invoice.
TP2
Kitted per build
Bagged and labelled by board, ready for the line.
TP3
Alternates early
Long lead times get flagged at quote, not after you've ordered.
TP4
Traceable
Source and date code posted against every line.

Notes, unless otherwise specified:

  1. You don't have to change how you order.

Mention @Levinwick in any channel you've added it to and write the request the way you'd write it to a colleague. Part numbers, links, screenshots and BOM files all work.

  2. There is a person on the other end.

Levinwick handles quoting and tracking straight away, and a buyer on our team checks every order before it's placed. If something needs a conversation, they reply in the thread.

  3. Quantities run from a handful to production.

Small quantities ship as cut tape or loose. Larger ones come on full reels.

  4. Off-the-shelf parts only.

We don't make custom parts. Machined, moulded and sheet metal parts aren't something we do.

  5. You decide who can approve.

Most teams set one or two approvers and a spend limit. Anyone in the channel can request.
